Last Saturday, I had a chance to photograph the ladies behind 2 Girl Roaster and their beautiful bright red machine for Edible Marin & Wine Country. Their brand is awesome, and features coffees, "named after girls we know and love". The official launch of their roasting business will be on December 1st, so it was kind of fun to get a sneak peek ;) Check out the article about them in the upcoming winter edition of Edible.
