Anakao, Madagascar

In June I went to Madagascar through a University of Michigan sponsored program Eco-Explorers.  I was in the country for just over a month and spent a lot of time taking photos.  I have just finished designing a book for the program on the self-publishing website Blurb and I am very happy with the results.  You can view the book here.  Side note: I would recommend closely following the color guidelines on Blurb because I experimented in making wedding albums on the site for a client and I wasn't super impressed with the color quality when I just used their booksmart software instead of creating the layout myself in indesign.

But anyway, designing the book helped me to truly begin editing and creating a portfolio of the work I did there.  here is a new image from the fishing village of Anakao, Madagascar.
